Its waters and shoreline may be used for recreational purposes\, including lake of egypt fishing\, subject to enforceable rules by SIPC Lake Patrol. The Illinois Department of Conservation and local law enforcement agencies may assist in enforcement. Members of the Tri-State Fishing Finest (TSFF) & Armed Forces Fishing League (AFFL) will accrue seasonal points while enjoying lake of egypt fishing tournaments. \nEntry Fee:  \n\n\nAll fees collected at the boat ramp during check-in. Cash only. \n\n\n$60.00 per boat \n\n\nNonmembers of Tri-State Fishing will have a $20 surcharge per team. After 3 events\, teams become full members. Since that time\, Turtle Creek has matured into a popular regional fishing and waterfowl hunting recreation spot. \nFishing Rules & Regulations for Turtle Creek Reservoir \nPark Gates open at 6:00am \nEveryone is required to sign a Liability Release at the Park entrance and pay $5.00 per person 65 and over $1.00 Credit Cards / Debit Only. \n\nTurtle Creek users must hold a valid fishing license and follow all posted regulations\, as well as State and Federal fish and wildlife laws.\nA 20-inch minimum size limit for keeping is in effect for largemouth bass\, with a daily limit of one.\nBoat ramp and parking are available on a first come basis.\nBoat launching is permitted only at boat ramp.\nNo limit on motor size (NEW) (IDLE SPEED ONLY\, NO WAKE)\nAuthorized fishing areas are noted on map\, that will be will provide at Check-In.
